LumenAir 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We at LumenAir are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Belgian law.

• The 30-day period begins the day after you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) receives the product.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

1. The product is unused and in its original condition.

2. The product is returned in its original packaging (if applicable).

3. You include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at support@lumenair.be within the 30-day period to notify us of your intention to return.

2. Provide your order number and reason for return (optional).

3. Our team will provide you with a return label and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

2. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions to the Guarantee

We reserve the right to decline returns in the following cases:

• Products not in their original condition or packaging.

• Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Your Right to Withdraw (Legal Requirement)

In addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee, under Belgian law, consumers have a right of withdrawal:

• The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the day after receipt of the goods.

• You are not required to provide a reason for the withdrawal.

• Refunds for withdrawals will be processed within 14 days after we are notified and receive the returned item(s).
